Traditional League Game

Objective

Score the most points by hitting the target over 10 throws.

Setup

  • Each player gets 10 throws.

Rules

  1. Scoring:

    • Bullseye: 6 points.

    • Kill Shot: 8 points. note: ( can only be hit on 5th and 10th throw )

    • Rings: Points decrease from 5 to 1 as you move outward.

  2. Winning:

    • The player with the highest total score after 10 throws wins.

Quick Example

  • Player 1 scores: 6, 5, 3, 2, 1, 4, 3, 6, 1, 8 (total 39).

  • Player 2 scores: 6, 4, 3, 6, 8, 4, 3, 4, 6, 8 (total 52). Player 1 wins!

21 (Cornhole Style)

Objective

Be the first to score exactly 21 points by throwing axes, while strategically canceling out your opponent’s points.

Setup

  • Players or teams take turns throwing 3 axes per round.

Rules

  1. Scoring:

    • Use the WATL target (example above)

    • Points from each throw are added to your score for the round.

    • Cancel Mechanism: Subtract the lower score from the higher score at the end of each round:

      • Example: If Player A scores 15 and Player B scores 10, Player A adds 5 points to their total.

  2. Exact 21 Rule:

    • To win, you must land exactly 21 points.

    • If you exceed 21, your score resets to 15.

  3. Winning:

    • The first player or team to score exactly 21 points wins.

Quick Example

  • Round 1:

    • Player A throws 6, 3, 8, 5 = 22 points.

    • Player B throws 16, 4, 8, 2 = 20 points.

    • After cancelling (22 - 20), Player A adds 2 points to their total.

  • Round 2:

    • Player A’s total: 17 points.

    • Player B’s total: 0 points.

Cricket

Objective

Close out the numbers 15–20 and the bullseye by hitting each three times.

Setup

  • Players take turns throwing.

  • Use the rings to close numbers: inner ring for 20, outer ring for 15, etc.

Rules

  1. Scoring:

    • Each hit on a section counts toward closing it out.

    • Once closed, additional hits on that section score bonus points.

  2. Winning:

    • The first player to close all sections and have the most points wins.

Quick Example

  • Player 1 hits 20 three times, closing it out.

  • Player 2 hits 19 twice but hasn’t closed it yet.

Horse

Objective

Avoid spelling "HORSE" by matching or beating your opponent's throws.

Setup

  • Players take turns throwing and calling their shots (e.g., “Bullseye” or “8 points”).

Rules

  1. Matching:

    • If Player 2 cannot match Player 1’s throw, they earn a letter (H, O, R, S, E).

  2. Winning:

    • The last player who hasn’t spelled "HORSE" wins.

Quick Example

  • Player 1 calls "Bullseye" but misses.

  • Player 2 calls “Bullseye” and hits. Player 1 gets an “H.”

Around the World

Objective

Hit each numbered section of the target in order, starting from 1 (outermost ring) to the bullseye.

Setup

  • Players take turns throwing.

  • The goal is to complete all sections in order.

Rules

  1. Progression:

    • Hit section 1 before moving to section 2, then section 3, and so on.

  2. Winning:

    • The first player to complete all sections wins.

Quick Example

  • Player 1 hits section 1, then section 2, but misses section 3.

  • Player 2 hits sections 1, 2, and 3 in their turn and takes the lead.

Axe Tic-Tac-Toe

Objective

Complete a line of three X’s or O’s on a tic-tac-toe grid.

Setup

  • Draw a tic-tac-toe grid on the target.

  • Players take turns throwing.

Rules

  1. Marking:

    • Each throw determines where you place your mark (X or O).

    • Hits outside the grid do not count.

  2. Winning:

    • The first player to complete a line of three (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) wins.

Quick Example

  • Player 1 marks the top-left square.

  • Player 2 marks the center square.

  • Player 1 completes a diagonal line to win.

Zombies vs. Humans

Objective

Humans try to survive by keeping their points above zero, while Zombies aim to "infect" all Humans by reducing their points to zero.

Setup

  • Players split into two teams: Zombies and Humans.

  • Each Human starts with 50 points. Zombies start at 0.

Rules

  1. Turns:

    • Each player gets 3 throws per turn.

    • Zombies subtract their total score from a chosen Human’s points.

    • Humans add their total score to their points to stay alive.

  2. Winning:

    • Zombies win if they reduce all Humans to 0 points.

    • Humans win if they reach a combined score of 150 before anyone hits 0.

  3. Optional Twist:

    • Zombie Bonus: A Zombie gets an extra throw if they score 10 points or more in one turn.

    • Human Shield: Humans can transfer 10 points to save a teammate once per game.

Quick Example

  • A Zombie scores 15 points and subtracts it from a Human’s 50, leaving them with 35.

  • The Human scores 10 points on their turn, raising their total back to 45.
